Can you tell me more about your philosophy?
I’ve said that I find that the challenges that hold people back are never what they think they are.
My superpower is helping people see that too; helping people pinpoint the true culprits in their lives. This is where we start the conversation about where they are and where they want to be, so I can help people make those revelations and develop a delivery style and reinforcement exercises that align with their learning and leadership preferences and goals.
Initial conversations–whether with groups or individuals often begin with an overview of past events that have influenced your preferences and orientations to those learning and leadership styles, as well as communication styles, and how they’re best coached.
How do you handle confidentiality and sensitive topics?
Trust is key, so understanding my clients’ preferences to privacy is essential. Our initial conversation and kickoff meetings set those standards.
Due to the nature of my change and support services, working with me has the potential to reveal very personal and even traumatic experiences. In these occurrences everything a client shares is private except in specific legally mandated situations, and I’m sure to remind my clients about these limits upfront.
I am also deliberate in my role as a moderator to mitigate personal and identifying information being revealed in group settings.

I like to speak with one or more clients before deciding to work with a coach or consultant myself, so I’m happy to offer that to my clients as well.
Additionally, I share my capability statement with past performance during our initial discovery call or consultation. In line with my privacy policies, these clients gave consent to be contacted or to have their experience with me shared as a case study, client testimonial, or feature on any digital or social media platform. I handle this with an abundance of caution, following my standards and practices for privacy, confidentiality, and sensitive topics.
